1. Service overview

Emergency Locksmith 24 dispatches qualified, insured engineers across 90+ UK postcode areas for emergency locksmith services including lockouts, lock changes, uPVC repairs, and burglary repairs.

2. Pricing

All prices on this site are guide ranges. The exact price for your job is confirmed on the phone before an engineer is dispatched. We do not charge a callout fee. You only pay for the work done.

3. Response time

The "15-20 min average response time" stated across this website is an average across our coverage area. Actual response time depends on engineer availability, traffic, and your location within the postcode area.

4. Engineer credentials

All engineers are DBS-checked, fully insured, and trained in non-destructive entry techniques. Insurance details available on request.

5. Payment

We accept card, contactless, bank transfer, and cash. Payment is taken on completion of work.

6. Warranty

Locks fitted by us carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from forced entry or misuse.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the work undertaken. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a callout up to the moment our engineer arrives at your address with no charge. After arrival, the minimum job fee applies.

9. Disputes

Any disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
